Enriched Air, commonly referred to as Nitrox is simply breathing air with higher levels of oxygen then regular air.

For divers this means that we can fine tune the exact mixture of breathing air and oxygen in order to stay longer underwater.

Apart extending bottom time nitrox also have other benefits therefore making it rather popular with the more seasoned divers.
